MASTER SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Agreement is made between Influence Trust (the "Service Provider") and the Client (the "Subscriber") for the purpose of Online Reputation Management (ORM).
1. THE "HAND-CRAFTED" SERVICE STANDARD
- Human-Driven Execution: Influence Trust replaces automation with real engagement. Every response is written by hand, tailored to the specific situation, tone, and emotional context of the customer.
- Daily Monitoring: Service Provider will perform daily monitoring across relevant platforms, including Google, Facebook, Yelp, and industry-specific sites, to identify and address public feedback.
- Strategic Communication: All responses are crafted to de-escalate complaints, demonstrate accountability, and protect the Client’s brand credibility.
2. TERM AND COMMITMENT
- Initial Six-Month Term: By selecting any monthly package, the Client enters a mandatory six-month minimum commitment. This period is required to establish a consistent brand voice and measure shifts in public perception.
- Recurring Billing: Fees are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
- Early Termination: Because the Service Provider reserves operational capacity and performs intensive "onboarding" labor, the Client is liable for the full value of the six-month term. If the Client terminates early, the remaining balance for the six-month period becomes due immediately.
3. FEES AND NO-REFUND POLICY
- Service Fees: Client agrees to pay the monthly rate associated with their selected tier (Core, Active, Strong Presence, or Full Reputation).
- Finality of Payment: Because Influence Trust provides immediate professional labor and daily monitoring, all payments processed through Stripe are final and non-refundable.
4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCESS
- Platform Access: Client must provide the Service Provider with the necessary administrative access or secure monitoring configurations for all relevant platforms.
- Onboarding Information: Client must complete the intake process, providing brand guidelines, communication preferences, and escalation procedures.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Third-Party Platforms: Influence Trust is not responsible for changes in third-party platform algorithms, terms of service, or the removal of reviews by platforms like Google or Yelp.
- Reputation Outcomes: While we de-escalate conflict and strengthen trust, Influence Trust does not guarantee the removal of legitimate negative reviews or a specific star rating.
PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION POLICY
1. DATA COLLECTION & USE
- Operational Data: We collect business details and customer feedback data solely to perform reputation monitoring and response services.
- Reporting: Data is synthesized into structured reports to provide the Client visibility into sentiment patterns and recurring operational issues.
2. CONFIDENTIALITY
- Non-Disclosure: Influence Trust will not disclose any proprietary business information, internal staff patterns, or operational weaknesses surfaced through public feedback to any third party.
- Financial Security: All payment processing is handled by Stripe. Influence Trust does not store, see, or retain full credit card or banking details.
3. DATA RETENTION
- Consistency of Voice: We retain interaction history to ensure continuity of your brand voice, which is a core component of your long-term stability.
