Absolute Confidentiality

Anonymity is a requirement of our partnership rather than an option. Every client engagement begins with a mandatory non-disclosure agreement. We will not use your business name for marketing, informational purposes, testimonials, or any other purpose without a separate written agreement allowing us to do so. Your connection to our firm remains private. We never share our client list with outside parties.

Our team manages your public interactions with precision to maintain your brand energy.

  • Immediate Access Removal: We wipe all credentials and permissions from our systems the moment our contract concludes.

  • Secure Records: Our internal portfolio only contains work that is already visible to the public. We never store private client data or login credentials in our records.

  • Data Lockdown: Your details stay protected. We never discuss your private business matters with anyone else.

SERVICE TERMS

The following terms apply to all services purchased through Influence Trust.

Contract Length & Payments

  • All monthly service packages require a 6‑month contract paid upfront. Standalone services are one‑time fees paid before service begins.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge and agree to these terms.

Service Start & Delivery

  • Service begins once payment is received and onboarding information is provided.
  • All activity is delivered digitally through the platforms we monitor or through direct communication with you.

Refunds

  • Because these services involve time, analysis, and active management, all payments are final once service has started.
  • If a purchase was made in error, contact us immediately so we can review it.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel before service begins.
  • Once service has started, cancellations are not available.
  • Contracts cannot be paused, transferred, or split.

Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate business information, platform access (where required), and any details needed to deliver your service.
  • Delays in providing information may delay delivery.
